Very good product quality. The truth is that the customer service was great, and I was happy to resolve all my doubts. The service that this company gave me was great, from the moment they gave me the initial quote, until the product arrived. 100% recommendable.

The entire process, from start to finish, was incredibly challenging and frustrating. Despite my clear instructions, they consistently made errors with my orders. Moreover, when it came to submitting my designs, they repeatedly altered them in terms of scale and placement, despite my explicit requests not to do so. The final products were deeply disappointing. The smaller bag I ordered was printed incorrectly, and the larger bag had white dots scattered all over it, which is a printing issue. When I brought these issues to their attention, they were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. Instead, they insisted that I had approved the mockups, which did not reflect the mistakes in the final prints. Furthermore, despite my insistence on printing my designs exactly as provided, they failed to do so. I feel it's important to caution others that if anything goes wrong with their orders, this company will not take responsibility and will instead shift the blame onto the customer.
